We adore these green goddess turkey burgers! Juicy burgers served on buns with green goddess dressing and a crisp slaw. Herby, refreshing, light and tastes amazing!
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
slaw
Combine the cabbage, carrots and onion in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing until well combined. Serve on top of the burgers!
burgers
Season the turkey all over with the salt and pepper. Add in the onions, garlic, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined - do not overmix!
Form the turkey into burgers - four burgers work but you can also do six smaller burgers.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook until deeply golden on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. You want the internal temperature to be 160 degrees F.
Assemble the burgers by spreading some of the green goddess dressing on the buns. Top with the burger, then top with the slaw and the bun. Enjoy!
