Absolutely delicious! I made a triple batch so I could stock the freezer for easy meals down the road. I used 2 pounds of turkey and 1 pound of sage sausage, and it turned out great. This recipe is quick, simple, and officially going into my favorites!

I made these last night using the Alexia savory gluten free stuffing mix – I measured a cup of the cubes and then added about 1/4 of the seasoning packet. The only change I made was to lightly saute the onion and garlic in a little butter while the cubes were soaking. These were absolutely fabulous and I’ll be stocking up on stuff so I can keep making them!

I made these last night… bought a few ingredients during the day after I read the recipe. When I got home, i immediately made the stuffing as per box :( then remembered that was wrong! Regardless, I continued with recipe and they were still yummy!
