Hot Honey Christmas Cranberry Camembert.
This baked camembert is the loveliest holiday appetizer! Made with cranberry, rosemary and hot honey, it’s melty and cheesy, served hot with crostini and crackers for dipping. Everyone loves it!
Christmas snacks all around!

This hot honey cranberry camembert is the most perfect snack to serve during the holiday season. It looks super festive and melty cheese?!
Who can say no?
Not I.
I love camembert cheese so much. It melts beautifully and has more flavor than brie. It’s super creamy and has a nuttiness that goes so well on a cheeseboard. It’s such a lovely change up from brie and I can’t get enough.
If you need a great appetizer that everyone will love, but that also feels a little elevated and special, look no further!
Bake some camembert, serve it hot and melty and everyone will be thrilled.
It’s creamy and cheesy, a little spicy and sweet, plus tart and fresh. We have all the best flavors right in one wheel!
This is pretty much a no-recipe recipe. There aren’t any strict guidelines for the cheese.
Here’s how to make it!
First, score the top of the cheese. This helps when it comes to serving it. The meltiness is divine.
Next, top it with some whole-berry cranberry sauce. You can also use cranberry preserves. Actually, you can use any preserves that you enjoy. It’s easy and very adaptable to most tastes!
Then, we’re going to throw on some rosemary. This is mostly for looks but it does add some nice aromatic herbyness to the app once it comes out.
Finally, a big drizzle of hot honey. Honestly, however much you want! We’re going to drizzle it again post-bake.
I bake it for just about 10 minutes and it’s ready. I like to add another drizzle of hot honey, some salt and pepper and then serve it. It’s so pretty!
When it comes to serving, we love crackers or some kind of bread. If I have a baguette, I will slice it and toast it in the oven, brushed with olive oil. Very easy. You can buy crostini too! Do whatever works and is easiest here because the holidays are crazy.
This is definitely an appetizer that needs to be consumed right after baking, so if you plan on taking it somewhere, take it unbaked! Simply ask them to use the oven, bake it and serve.
Cheesy, dreamy goodness!
